Mr. Pulkit Srivastava is a Partner in the Firm and holds a Graduate degree from Hidayatullah National Law University. He is an Advocate-on-Record before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and advises clients in the practice areas of corporate litigations, arbitrations including international commercial arbitrations, aviation, infrastructure projects, engineering & construction, business restructuring, employee matters, real estate, hospitality projects, and commercial transactions before the Supreme Court and High Courts. 

He specialises in Arbitration and Infrastructure sectors and represents clients in these sectors on all aspects of their commercial and day to day operations. He has considerable experience in representing major corporate clients in various Courts, Tribunals, Arbitrations and other judicial and quasi-judicial fora, and providing advice on all aspects of civil and commercial laws including company law, economic laws, labour laws, antitrust laws, consumer protection laws. 

He has spoken on many complex legal issues at national and international fora and has authored articles/ papers in reputed journals.
